Apartment and complex information

Our apartments
The Co-operative Association of Flat owners’ has eleven apartments at Carihuela Park Palace. All the apartments are kept to the same high standard and specifications, and are constantly being improved and up-dated for a more luxurious stay. All apartments have dining area, lounge, (with sofa bed), bedroom(s), complete bathroom with walk in shower, balcony (terrace area on ground floor apartments) with outdoor table & chairs, televisions with Netflix, Prime, Youtube, etc. Also there are a selection of English or Dutch speaking programmes, radio/cd/cassette, air conditioning, microwave oven, fridge with ice box, halogen instant heat electric hob, washing machine (and all relevant cutlery and crockery, kettle etc.). Toaster, coffee machine, hairdryer are also included. There is also a safe in the bedroom.  All apartments can accommodate wheelchairs.  All of our apartments now also have Internet access (Wi-Fi).

The annual Service Costs for 2024
At the AGM the Service Costs was set at
 1 bedroom apartments £224
 2 bedroom apartments £258

The complex
Facilities at the Complex include: restaurant/bar with wi-fi internet, tennis courts*, table tennis, 2 swimming pools and a kiddies pool, children’s playground, bar terrace area, sun loungers*, electric wheelchair charger*, and a supermarket.
